TwoHearts Queensland
Supporting people through mental health challenges, crisis and complex life circumstances.
We provide practical, person-centred support across both NDIS and community services, including:
• NDIS Support Coordination

Our approach is simple: understand the person, identify what is happening, and work alongside them to find practical ways forward.
We support participants, families, service providers and members of the wider community with a strong focus on safety, stability, recovery and long-term outcomes

About TwoHearts Recovery and Coordination
TwoHearts is a proudly family-owned and operated business, led by a dedicated husband-and-wife team with over 10 years of experience in mental health and community services. With top-notch training from Australia’s leading institutions and over 30 years of lived experience, we combine professional expertise and genuine empathy to support individuals and families through mental health challenges.
Support Available to Everyone
You don’t need an NDIS plan to access everything TwoHearts has to offer.
Crisis Repsonse Progarm
Supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability or an immediate crisis.
Our Crisis Response Program works with community partners and housing providers to help people access short-term emergency accommodation while they work towards a safer, more stable solution.
Support can include practical case management, referrals, advocacy and connection with local services.
Crisis Intevention Training
Our Respond, Not React training was developed in-house by our team with one goal in mind: to empower service providers to identify risks early, respond with confidence, and take appropriate action during a mental health crisis rather than reacting out of panic or uncertainty.
The training focuses on practical, real-world skills that help workers recognise warning signs, assess risk, communicate effectively, and make safer decisions when supporting someone in crisis.
Communtiy In Crisis Events
Community in Crisis brings local people, services, organisations and decision-makers together to talk openly about the issues affecting their community.
These events create a space for people to ask questions, raise concerns, learn what support is available and connect directly with services that may be able to help.
Our goal is simple: better conversations, stronger connections and practical action within the community.

I was introduced to one of your workers, Chloe, through mutual friends, and she has been an absolute pleasure to interact with. Chloe became an incredible source of support within my community, especially during a challenging time when my youngest daughter was diagnosed with a global developmental delay.
It was an overwhelming period, but Chloe was consistently by my side, guiding me through every step of the process with care and understanding. Her support made a world of difference, and I’m truly grateful for her kindness and dedication.
